  [Prescription] Sang Ji Sheng 30g, Niu Xi 45g, Du Huo 25g, Qin Jiao 25g, Du Zhong 40g, Ren Shen 10g, Dang Gui 35g, Bai Jiu 1000ml

  

 [Function] Nourishes Qi and blood, strengthens liver and kidneys, dispels wind and dampness, relieves lower back and leg pain.

  

  [Preparation] 1. Wash all the herbs and cut them into small pieces; 2. Put them into a gauze bag and sew it up; 3. Soak it in liquor for 30 days; 4. Remove the herbal residue and filter for later use.

  
           

 

  [Usage] Take 10-30ml each time, once a day (preferably in the morning between 9-11am).

  

[Analysis of Medicinal Effects]

  

  Du Zhong, Niu Xi, Sang Ji Sheng: Tonify liver and kidneys, strengthen tendons and bones.

  

  Dang Gui, Ren Shen: Nourish blood and replenish Qi.

  

  Qin Jiao: Expel dampness, alleviate pain.

  

  This liquor is mainly used for treating coldness, numbness, soreness, and pain in the lower back and knees, difficulty in flexing and extending legs and feet, and stiffness and numbness due to liver and kidney deficiency, wind-cold-damp arthralgia.
