  [Ingredients] 30g of white silkworms, 30g of good tea powder.

[Instructions] Grind 30g of white silkworms into powder and put it in a bowl. Pour a small cup of boiling water, cover it, and take it warm before going to bed. In addition, prepare 500g of white sugar, 120g of lard, 60g of pre-rain tea, and four cups of water. First, brew the tea until it becomes two and a half cups. Then, remove the lard film and cut it into small pieces. Add it to the tea along with the sugar and simmer until it melts.
