Ingredients: 30g Cherry Blossom, 25g Carp, 10g cooking wine, 30g vegetable oil, suitable amount of salt, white sugar, ginger slices, scallion sections, and pepper powder.

Instructions: First, clean the Cherry Blossom. Then remove the scales and internal organs of the carp and fry until golden. Finally, add Cherry Blossom, cooking wine, white sugar, salt, ginger, scallion, and a suitable amount of water to the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the fish is cooked. Remove the scallion and ginger, and season with pepper powder.

3. Cherry Blossom and Eucommia Bark Stewed Pig's Tail

Main ingredients: 25g Cherry Blossom, 30g Eucommia Bark, 2 pig's tails (hair removed and cleaned).

Instructions: Add water to a clay pot and cook until done. Season with a little salt and consume the meat and soup.

Medicinal value: Mainly used to treat the deficiency of kidney yang with symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus, pale or dull complexion, listlessness, aversion to cold and cold limbs, soreness and weakness of the waist and knees, pale red tongue, white coating, and deep and thin pulse.
