【Ingredients】

Danggui (whole, soaked in wine) 150g, Nvzhen 50g, Baishao (stewed) 100g, Shengdihuang (soaked in wine) 200g, Renshen (removed roots) 50g, Baizhu (removed roots, stir-fried) 150g, Baifuling (peeled) 100g, Fencao (roasted) 75g, Wujia peel (soaked in wine, sun-dried) 400g, Xiaofei red dates (pitted) 200g, walnut meat 200g, glutinous rice wine as needed.

【Preparation】

1. Wash all the herbs and grind them into coarse powder with water.

2. Put the herbs into a bag made of three layers of gauze and tie it tightly.

3. Soak the bag in a jar of white wine, seal it, and cook over fire for 1 hour.

4. After the medicine cools down, bury it in clean soil, and take it out after five days.

5. After another three to seven days, open the bag, remove the herbal residue, and pour the wine into a bottle for storage.
