1. Fuzi Tea

Ingredients: 1.5g processed fuzi, 3g black tea

Method: Boil the processed fuzi in 200ml of water for 30 minutes, then steep the black tea and drink. Drink until the taste is weak.

Function: Revive yang, dispel cold and dampness

Uses: Yin excess with yang deficiency, loss of yang from excessive sweating, cold and painful abdomen, cold diarrhea from spleen deficiency, edema
