Reishi and Longan Medicated Wine
[Formula Composition]
Reishi 100g, Longan flesh 50g, Prepared Rhizoma Polygonati 100g, Radix Codonopsis Pilosula 50g, Wolfberry 50g, Honey-fried Radix Astragali 50g, Prepared Radix Polygoni Multiflori 100g, Chinese Yam 25g, Chinese Angelica 50g, Prepared Radix Rehmanniae 50g, Poria 25g, Dried Tangerine Peel 25g, Chinese Jujube 25g
[Preparation Method]
Grind the above thirteen ingredients into fine powder. Follow the method of soaking and filtering in Medicated Wine Preparation (Appendix page 11) using white wine as the solvent. Collect the filtrate and dissolve it with 700g of rock sugar. Adjust the total volume to 7000g with an appropriate concentration of white wine. Let it stand, filter it, and it is ready.
[Contraindications]
Pregnant women should avoid consumption, children should not use it; those with colds, fever, sore throat, red eyes, and Yin deficiency and excessive fire should avoid consumption.
[Functions and Indications]
Nourishes and strengthens the body, tonifies Qi and blood, invigorates the spleen and benefits the lungs, and protects the liver and kidneys. It is used as an adjuvant treatment for conditions such as physical weakness, postpartum weakness, anemia, premature greying of hair, etc.
[Dosage and Administration]
Orally, 15-25ml each time, twice a day.
[Precautions]
1. Avoid greasy foods.
2. Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and kidney disease should take it under the guidance of a doctor.
3. Use with caution for those with excessive pathogenic factors.
4. This product should be taken before meals.
5. If symptoms do not improve or worsen, or if new severe symptoms occur during two weeks of use or during the course of treatment, stop taking it immediately and seek medical attention.
