Aloe Vera: Natural Remedy for Weak Spleen and Stomach Conditioning

Remedy One: Aloe Vera Wine

Preparation: Put 1000ml of 38-degree liquor, 1000g of aloe vera leaves, and 1000g of ice sugar into a wide-mouthed bottle and seal it. After 15 days, open and drink 70ml each time.

Aloe vera has a bitter taste and cold nature. It belongs to the liver, stomach, and large intestine meridians. Remedy Two: Massage Method

1. Rub Neiguan: Neiguan acupoint is located in the middle of the wrist, about three finger widths (the width of three fingers held together) away from the wrist crease, between the two tendons. Use the thumb to rub and press, rotate 36 times, and alternate between hands. Increase to around 200 times when the pain occurs.

2. Press Zusanli: Zusanli acupoint is located three inches below the margin of the knee (equivalent to the width of four fingers held together), between the tibia and the fibula. Use the tips of both thumbs to press Zusanli acupoint, 36 times normally, and around 200 times when in pain. The pressure can be slightly heavier.

3. Rub the abdomen: Cross your hands, with the right hand on top for men and the left hand on top for women. Rub and press the abdomen in a Tai Chi pattern centered around the navel, 36 circles clockwise and 36 circles counterclockwise. This method can relieve pain and bloating and enhance appetite.
