Popular Ginseng Tea: A Nourishing Blend for Vitality and Wellness

Ingredients: 12g stir-fried Codonopsis pilosula, 15g roasted Astragalus membranaceus, 15g stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala, 15g longan meat, 500ml boiling water, a little rock sugar or honey (honey should be added before drinking).

Method: Put the ingredients in a thermos cup, pour in boiling water, cover and soak for 15-20 minutes.

Suitable for: dizziness, yellowish complexion, loss of appetite, weakness in limbs, frequent dreams, palpitations during exercise.
