  【Formula】 30g of ginseng, 1200ml of white wine

  【Preparation】

  

  1. Sew a bag with gauze that is the same size as the ginseng, and put the ginseng inside, then sew the opening of the bag;

  

  2. Soak the bag in the wine for a few days;

  

  3. Then pour the wine into a clay pot and simmer over low heat. When the wine is reduced to 500-700ml, pour it into a bottle;

  

  4. Seal the bottle, cool it, and store it for later use.

  

  【Usage】 Take 10-30ml each time, once a day (preferably in the morning).

  Ginseng: Taste is slightly bitter and sweet; fresh ginseng is neutral in nature, while dried ginseng is slightly warm.
