Spleen and Stomach Health Tea: A Remedy for Digestive Issues

Many people have benefited from the spleen and stomach health tea created by the renowned Chinese physician Xu Jingfan. Those with poor digestion may want to give it a try.

Ingredients: 2 pine nuts, 5 peanuts, 3 walnuts, 2g oolong tea, 250mL hot water.

Instructions:

1. Wash and drain the pine nuts, peanuts, and walnuts; peel the roasted peanuts; put oolong tea in a teapot, rinse with hot water to remove impurities, then drain.

2. Grind the roasted peanuts, walnuts, and pine nuts in a mortar until smooth.

3. Add the ground powder to the teapot with oolong tea, pour in hot water, let it sit for 2 minutes, then it is ready to drink.
