Ingredients: 3g patchouli, 2g Poria cocos, 2g Pinellia ternata, 2g white Atractylodes, 2g Magnolia officinalis, 3g green tea.
Method: Boil patchouli, Poria cocos, Pinellia ternata, white Atractylodes, and Magnolia officinalis with 400ml water, then brew with green tea for 10 minutes. Can also be brewed directly.
Function: Releases exterior, regulates the middle burner, promotes qi circulation, and eliminates dampness.
