Recipe 1: Anti-aging Milk Tea

[Ingredients] 10g Poria cocos powder, 200ml milk.

[Method] Put Poria cocos powder into a tea cup and dissolve it with a small amount of cold boiled water. Then boil the milk and pour it into the cup. Take it on an empty stomach every morning.
