Rubbing method can be divided into palm rubbing, large fish scale rubbing, and small fish scale rubbing.

Operation requirements

Small fish scale rubbing has a stronger warming effect and is suitable for the back, waist, hips, lower abdomen, with the effects of warming the meridians, promoting blood circulation, dispelling cold and expelling the surface, and strengthening the waist and nourishing the kidneys.
