Effective Massage Exercises for Weight Loss: Targeting the Lower Abdomen

After a meal, what should you do if you want to lose weight? Too much exercise may upset your stomach, while too little activity may not be effective. In that case, you can try the massage exercise, which consists of four moves that target the lower abdomen. Each move should be done about 36 times and can help activate the body and promote digestion for weight loss. To remove fat from the liver and gallbladder, knead the area above the right side of the lower abdomen. To remove fat from the spleen and stomach, knead the middle area of the lower abdomen. According to traditional Chinese medicine, kneading is more detailed than patting. If you feel pain while kneading, it indicates that the liver's function is not good. In this case, use less force and avoid causing harm. If you feel pain just by touching lightly, it is a warning sign, and you should see a doctor immediately. Move 4: Jade Toad Sucks to Truly Slim the Lower Abdomen Method: Hold the fattest part of your lower abdomen with both hands. Take a quick and forceful breath in, raise both hands up, and then exhale and relax. This move, combined with the patting technique and breathing method, is the most intense one. It is similar to suddenly sprinting 100 meters, where the brain takes in too much oxygen and may feel dizzy. Some people may feel dizzy after doing it only five or six times, indicating poor physical strength. In this case, stop doing it and take a break. Note: The number of repetitions and the intensity may vary from person to person, so do not force yourself.
