The human body has fourteen meridians and three hundred and sixty-five collaterals. Qi and blood circulate throughout the body. Push Qihai acupoint downwards 50 times, rub the chest (coordinate with breathing, first rub the chest, and then diagonally rub the lower abdomen) 20-30 times each. Press and hold Jianjing acupoint and shoulder (left side is bone, right side is Yu) 20-30 times, press and rub Chize and Shousanli acupoints, and press and hold Waiguan and Hegu acupoints 20-30 times each. Twist and rub the fingers, 3 rounds for each finger, rub the upper limbs, 5-7 times on each side. For the lower limbs, press Fengshi acupoint, tap the fingertips 10-30 times, press and hold Xuehai, Yinlingquan, and Yanglingquan acupoints, press and rub Zusanli and Sanyinjiao acupoints 20-30 times each, punch and rub the lower limbs 7-10 times.
