Lymphatic Massage Techniques for Effective Weight Loss

Lymphatic massage is a popular form of massage therapy for health and wellness. If the lymphatic circulation is good, it can not only help you eliminate fatigue caused by work, but also effectively eliminate toxins from the body, reduce swelling, and reduce localized fat. Today, I will teach you lymphatic massage techniques to help you lose weight wherever you want.

1. Head: Submandibular lymph nodes, located below the mandible, collect lymph from the face and mouth.

2. Clavicle: Subclavicular lymph nodes, located below the clavicle, in the groove between the deltoid and pectoralis major muscles, arranged along the jugular vein, collect lymph from the superficial lymphatic vessels along the jugular vein.

3. Upper limbs: Axillary lymph nodes, located in the armpit, around the axillary blood vessels.

4. Lower limbs: Inguinal lymph nodes, located below the inguinal ligament and around the distal end of the great saphenous vein.

Facial Massage for Slimming

1. Use the fingertips of both hands to massage from the center of the forehead to the outer corner of the eyes, from the sides of the nose to the cheeks, from the chin to the cheekbones. Repeat 5 times.

2. Use the fingers of both hands to massage in an arc from the center of the clavicle to the shoulder, then from the center of the clavicle to the direction of the armpit. Repeat 5 times.

3. Massage from the top of the head to the back of the ears, then apply pressure massage below the ears. Repeat 5 times.

4. Use the fingertips of both hands to massage from below the ears to the collarbone and armpit. Repeat 5 times.

Arm Massage for Slimming

1. Extend the left hand, use the right hand to massage from the palm of the left hand to the armpit, then raise the left arm until it is higher than the shoulder at a 45-degree angle.

2. Use the right hand to knead from the left wrist to the armpit. Repeat 5 times, then switch to the right arm.

3. For the excess fat in the upper arm near the armpit, you can bend your arm at a 90-degree angle and knead the upper arm. Pay attention to the intensity. Repeat 5 times and switch sides.

Abdominal Massage for Slimming

Massage for Slimming Calves

1. Hold the left ankle with the right hand and massage from the bottom to the root of the calf. Alternate between left and right hands. Repeat 10 times, then switch to the right leg.

2. Hold the ankles with both hands and press the entire calf from bottom to top. Press each area for 5 seconds, then continue upwards. Repeat 5 times.

Massage for Slimming Thighs

1. Hold the inner and outer sides of the legs with both hands and massage in a straight line from the ankles to the inguinal groove. Repeat 10 times.

2. Interlock the fingers of both hands and press the thigh muscles as if wringing a towel. Repeat 10 times.

3. Close the fingers together and pat the thighs from the bottom to the top. Repeat 10 times.
