Traditional Chinese medicine weight loss is the use of traditional Chinese medicine therapy to improve the waste accumulated by urban people due to bad habits from the inside, and then achieve the effect of weight loss and slimming through Chinese medicine conditioning.

(1) Place both palms on the back of the same side of the feet, and rub back and forth from the ankle joint to the toe tip, 10 times on each foot.

(5) Use the tip of the thumb to rub the Taichong acupoints of both feet, rubbing outward and inward, 10 circles each.

(6) Relax the ankles completely, hold the right toe with both hands, and flex the ankle 10 times. Then, using the same method, flex the left ankle 10 times.

(7) Make a fist with the left hand and tap the bottom of the right heel 10 times, then tap the bottom of the left heel 10 times with the right fist.
