Traditional Chinese Medicine Approach to Weight Loss: Slimming through Internal Conditioning

Traditional Chinese medicine weight loss is the use of traditional Chinese medicine therapy to improve the accumulation of waste caused by bad habits in urban people from the inside, and then achieve weight loss and slimming effects through traditional Chinese medicine conditioning.

(1) Place both palms on the back of the same foot and rub back and forth from the ankle joint to the toe tip, rubbing the back of each foot 10 times.

(2) Place the palm of the left hand on the sole of the right foot, and rub horizontally 10 times, then vertically 10 times. Then use the palm of the right hand to rub the sole of the left foot horizontally and vertically 10 times each.

(3) Use the thumb of the left hand to rub the Yongquan acupoint on the right foot in a circular motion, 10 circles in each direction. The thumb of the right hand is used to rub the Yongquan acupoint on the left foot in the same way, 10 circles in each direction.

(4) Separate the thumb and four fingers of the left hand and place them on the Achilles tendon of the right foot, pinch and knead from top to bottom, pinch and knead upwards 20 times, pinch and knead downwards 20 times. Then use the right hand to pinch and knead the left Achilles tendon 20 times each.

(5) Use the tip of the thumb to rub the Taichong acupoint on both feet, 10 circles in each direction.

(6) Relax the ankle, hold the toes of the right foot with both hands, and forcefully dorsiflex the ankle 10 times, then dorsiflex the left ankle 10 times in the same way.

(7) Make a fist with the left hand and tap the bottom of the right heel 10 times, then tap the bottom of the left heel 10 times with the right fist.
