Four-hole massage method for weight loss

Lie down or sit up, use the tip of your thumb to press on the upper abdomen, middle abdomen, bilateral Tian Shu (2 inches beside the navel, one on each side), and Qi Hai acupoints. After feeling soreness, rotate your thumb on each acupoint 10 times.

Rotating massage around the navel for weight loss
