Herbal Teas for Lowering Blood Pressure: Enhancing Effectiveness and Reducing Side Effects

(8) Cassia Seed Tea

(9) Lingzhi Tea

Slice 6 grams of lingzhi, add 6 red dates, brew with boiling water, and drink as tea. Take 6 grams of lingzhi and 6 grams of Tremella, add a little rock sugar, boil with water, and drink as tea.
