  Pickled Radish with White Rice Vinegar

  [Ingredients]

  1 white radish, salt, peppercorn, white rice vinegar, as needed

  1. Wash the white radish and cut it into thin slices.

  2. Take a sealable container with a lid, such as a bowl or box, or a glass jar. Place all the ingredients together and pour in equal amounts of white rice vinegar and cold water.

  3. Cover the container and place it in the refrigerator. It can be eaten after 24 hours.

  1. Treats vomiting: 100g of white radish leaves. Crush the white radish leaves and extract the juice, then drink it with boiling water. It can treat vomiting caused by typhoid fever or indigestion.

  2. Treats bloating and stomach pain: 20-30g of dried radish leaves. Cut the dried radish leaves into small pieces and brew them with boiling water, cover and let it steep for 15 minutes, then drink it as tea. You can also add 30g of hawthorn to cook together and drink it as tea.
