  1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and mangoes (approximately 3 sweet potatoes to 1 mango). Slice the sweet peppers and onions into thin strips.

  3. After removing the plate from the oven, let it cool naturally and gently stir to evenly distribute the temperature.

  4. Sprinkle with peanuts and garnish with cilantro before serving.

  【TIPS】

  1. Make sure to steam or cook the sweet potatoes thoroughly, as the cell membrane of the starch in sweet potatoes is difficult to digest without high-temperature destruction.

  2. To prevent bloating, soak the sweet potatoes in a small amount of saltwater for 10 minutes, then rinse with clean water twice before cooking.

  Blood Type B: Mini Salad

  Although people with blood type B are food lovers and generally have a diet that suits them, their volatile temperament and tendency to overeat can lead to obesity. Therefore, their diet should mainly consist of vegetables and fruits, with occasional consumption of seafood and nuts to enhance their mood. Additionally, this simple and easy-to-make salad is perfect for people with blood type B, who tend to be lazy.

  【Ingredients】

  Shrimp, orange flesh, mixed green leaf salad, walnut meat, olive oil, red onions, sherry vinegar

  【Instructions】

  1. Wash and drain the mixed green leaf salad. Peel and remove the pulp from the orange. Remove the back sand vein from the shrimp and stir-fry them quickly in olive oil.

  2. Mix the above ingredients together and add olive oil, sherry vinegar, and chopped shallots. Mix well.

  Blood Type O: Pan-fried Tuna with Cabbage

  Tuna is low in fat and calories, and contains high-quality protein and other nutrients. It is the ideal choice for easy weight loss for people with blood type O. When paired with digestion-promoting parsley, it not only helps maintain a slim figure but also balances the body's nutritional needs. Cabbage is rich in protein, low in sugar, and almost starch-free. Eating it raw can preserve more vitamins, making it the preferred food in the blood type O recipe.

  【Ingredients】

  Tuna, purple cabbage, pepper, parsley, cabbage

  【Instructions】

  1. Marinate fresh tuna with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh parsley overnight or longer.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and quickly fry the tuna (no more than 1 minute). Then slice it thinly.

Eating more fish can reduce the tendency of people with blood type AB to overeat due to poor mood.   Salmon, organic baby potatoes, watermelon radish, red beets, pickled cucumbers, garlic mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice

Its spicy and fragrant taste can stimulate digestion and accelerate calorie burning. It is usually only available in imported supermarkets.
