Effective Abdominal Scraping: Promoting Digestion, Alleviating Constipation, and Slimming the Waist

The corner rubbing method refers to using the thick edge or the side of the scraping board as the focal point, exerting force on the effective acupoints, and applying continuous rotating and looping movements to stimulate the tissue beneath the skin with moderate pressure.

3. Waist slimming effect

Do it once a day and you will see visible results. Generally, after three days to a week of scraping, constipation will be improved to a certain extent. Persist for half a month to a month, and you will feel lighter and see a reduction in abdominal fat.
