 Shao Yao Tea - Suitable for People with Cold Hands and Feet

 Ban Xia Fu Ling Tea - Improves Metabolism

However, Ban Xia is warm and drying, so the user should decide whether it is suitable based on their personal condition. Fu Ling is more commonly used and can be found in herbal pastes and soups.
