1. Leg scraping technique
Starting from the acupoints at the root of the thighs, use a scraping board to scrape diagonally downwards. The acupoints on both legs must be scraped symmetrically, meaning that the same acupoint on both legs must be scraped before moving on to the next one. The scraping board should be held at an angle of 90-45 degrees with the direction of scraping.
If you can't find the acupoints, you can also scrape a large area in the approximate location of the acupoints. This ensures that the effective acupoints are covered. This is also the advantage of leg scraping for slimming compared to acupuncture. You don't need precise and professional techniques. You can do it at home by yourself.
2. Leg acupoints
First, you need to master the effective acupoints for slimming the legs.
(1) Rabbit acupoint: Above the outer side of the knee, when the muscles are tense, it is the position where the head of a rabbit protrudes;
(2) Blood sea acupoint: When the thigh muscles are tightened, it is the position above the inner side of the knee that bulges. Pressing on it will cause pain;
(3) Wind market acupoint: Stand straight, with both hands naturally hanging down on both sides of the body, the position on the outer side of the thigh that the fingertips of the middle fingers touch;
(4) Chengfu acupoint: The junction between the back of the thigh and the buttocks;
(5) Weizhong acupoint: The back of the leg, below the knee, in the middle of the calf;
(6) Zusanli acupoint: 3 inches below the outer knee socket, about 2 centimeters outward;
(7) Sanyinjiao acupoint: 3 inches above the inner ankle;
(8) Xuanzhong acupoint: 3 inches above the outer ankle, where it is concave;
(9) Chengshan acupoint: When the calf muscles are tightened, it is the concave area where the Achilles tendon meets the calf muscles.
