Scraping Technique for Slimming Legs: Effective Acupoints and Techniques

January 9, 2024

1. Leg scraping technique

Starting from the acupoints at the root of the thighs, use a scraping board to scrape diagonally downwards. The acupoints on both legs must be scraped symmetrically, which means that you must finish scraping the same acupoint on both legs before moving on to the next acupoint. The scraping board should be held at a 90-45 degree angle to the direction of scraping.

If you can't find the acupoints, you can also scrape a large area in the approximate location of the acupoints. This ensures that you cover the effective acupoints. This is also the advantage of scraping for slimming the legs compared to acupuncture. You don't need professional and precise techniques. You can do it at home by yourself.
