Because of the environment, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, cold, fever, and pregnancy are not suitable to practice hot yoga.

The difference of movement choreography

Normal temperature yoga: Normal temperature yoga has more variations of postures, and the postures can be freely combined under the premise of conforming to the principle of bodily functions, and the content of each practice is not the same.

The difference of breathing style

The difference of hydration

When practicing hot yoga, the body will lose a lot of sweat, so you should pay attention to replenish water at any time during the practice to prevent the body from being dehydrated.

In normal temperature yoga, the sweat is less, so you don't need to hydrate a lot.
