Poor breathing causes

Lack of water in the body causes

Breathing heavily after exercise

Exercise asthma causes

The mechanical stimulation of excessive ventilation during exercise or the stimulation of the airways by dry and cold air due to heat and loss of water during exercise leads to the release of allergic mediators, which act on the highly reactive bronchial walls and lead to asthma, and cough, shortness of breath and chest tightness after exercise.

Respiratory tract infection

During exercise, if a large number of viruses or bacteria are brought in during breathing, it may cause respiratory tract infections, leading to the occurrence of respiratory tract inflammation and thus the symptoms of coughing.
