The correct practice of push-ups

Push-ups are a common fitness exercise, and its role is to exercise the upper limbs, waist and abdominal muscles, especially the pectoral muscles. Many people who love fitness always make a variety of different push-up positions, seemingly simple push-ups, many people do not achieve the effect of fitness, and even began to question the fitness effect of push-ups. In fact, these are related to the practice of push-ups, the wrong push-up practice is not only a waste of time, or a waste of physical strength. What is the correct practice of push-ups?

The first step

Chest on the ground, palms flat on the ground, arms slightly wider than the shoulders, feet parallel, toes supporting the ground. Look forward, not at the ground.

Step 2

Spread your elbows out to the sides and slowly straighten your arms.

Step 3

Once your arms are fully extended, pause for a moment.

Step 4

Slowly bend your arms and lower your body.

Step 5

Until your chest touches the ground and pause for a moment (just touching the ground is enough, not lying on your back).

Step 6

Repeat the above steps. It is recommended that each exercise is divided into 5 groups, with 1-3 minutes of rest between each group, 20 reps in each of the first 4 groups, and the last group depending on your physical strength.
