Moisturizing Lung Tremella Soup

Ingredients: 5g tremella fungus, 50g rock sugar.

Instructions: Soak the tremella fungus in warm water for 30 minutes until it expands. Remove the stem and impurities, tear it into pieces, and place it in a clean pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Then, add rock sugar and continue simmering until the tremella fungus becomes soft.

Lily and Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients: 50g Mulberry Bark, 75g lilies, 500g pork ribs.
