What foods are good for AIDS

AIDS is a terminal disease for humans, there is no good treatment to cure this infectious disease, but through active treatment and dietary regimen can well prolong life, so what food is good for this AIDS?

Soybeans

Bitter melon

Melon foods are high in vitamins, with the highest content of vitamin C and vitamin A, which have strong antioxidant properties and have a certain inhibitory effect on HIV; among them, bitter melon is rich in bitterness, which has the effect of directly killing HIV and can assist in the treatment of AIDS.

Seaweed

Porridge for deficiency and vitality

Ingredients: 30-50 g of roasted astragalus, 3-5 g of ginseng (or 15-30 g of party ginseng), a little sugar, 100-150 g of round-grained rice Method: First, cut astragalus and ginseng into thin slices, soak them in cold water for 30 minutes, put them into a casserole and decoct them into a thick juice over low heat. Effects: Replenish vital energy, heal deficiency, and strengthen the spleen and stomach. It is used for people with Qi deficiency in all stages of AIDS.

Agaricus congee with round-grained rice

Ingredients: 20 g of Agaricus blazei, 100 g of round-grained rice, brown sugar. Directions: Put cleaned round-grained rice into a pot, add water, boil it on a high flame, then cook it on a low flame until the rice is nine years old. Add Agaricus powder and brown sugar, stir well while cooking, thicken the porridge and gum up. Effect: Nourish blood and stop bleeding. It is used for those who have insufficient Yin and Blood in AIDS or bleeding.

Cordyceps and turtle soup

Ingredients: 5 cordyceps (10-15 g), 1 snapper (500 g), salt and monosodium glutamate. Method: remove the head and viscera from the snapper, wash it, put the Cordyceps into the snapper, put it in a soup pot, add 500 mL of water and salt, MSG, put it in a pot with water, bring it to a boil, and then stew it with a gentle fire until it is crispy. Effects: Nourishing Yin and cooling blood, nourishing the lungs and benefiting the kidneys. Used for AIDS Yin and blood deficiency, lung and kidney deficiency.

Astragalus jujube cistanches dog meat soup

Ingredients: 100 g of dog meat, 15 g of astragalus, 30 g of jujube, 15 g of cistanches, ginger, onion, monosodium glutamate and fennel. Directions: Immerse Cistanches in yellow wine for 24 hours. Peel and slice, astragalus sliced, dates pitted, cistanches and astragalus all put into a gauze bag. Blanch the dog meat in boiling water and rinse it, add medicine, date meat, ginger, salt, fennel, appropriate amount of water, boil it in high fire and then move to low fire and cook until crispy, discard the medicine, add onion and MSG to taste. Atractylodes Macrocephalae Pork Belly Congee

Ingredients: Atractylodes macrocephala 30 g, 1 pork belly, a little ginger. 100 g of round-grained rice. Directions: Wash the pork belly, cut into small pieces, decoct with Atractylodes macrocephala and ginger, remove the dregs and extract the juice, use the juice to cook the congee with rice. Lotus seeds and lily stew with lean meat

Dandelion, honeysuckle and forsythia porridge

Ingredients: Dried dandelion 40-60 g (fresh dosage 60-90 g), honeysuckle 20 g, forsythia 10 g. Japonica rice 30-60 g. Directions: Wash dandelion, honeysuckle and forsythia, and chop them up.
