How to kill bacteria in eggs

Studies have shown that eggs heated to 71°C or higher can adequately kill disease-causing bacteria. The solidification temperature of the egg white is around 62 degrees Celsius, and the yolk starts to solidify at around 68 degrees Celsius, so the effect of killing bacteria can be achieved by heating the egg until the egg yolk is completely solidified.
