Dietary principles

This period is supplemented with highly nutritious food to meet the growth needs of bone scabs; such as appropriate calcium supplementation, bone broth, chicken soup, animal liver, etc. 3、Late stage of bone fracture, 5 weeks or more. Suitable diet

1、Bone fracture is suitable to eat high protein and high calcium food, such as ribs, milk, eggs, soy products, fish, shellfish, etc. 2, eat more fruits and vegetables, such as amaranth, tomatoes, celery, citrus, kiwi, walnuts, apples, etc., supplemented with vitamins, which is conducive to promoting the production of osteoprogenitor fibers. 3, late bone fracture is appropriate to eat more food to strengthen the kidney, such as walnuts, chestnuts, shrimp, wolfberries, beef, etc. 4, people with bone fracture can eat more foods that benefit the liver and nourish blood, such as pig liver, red dates, chicken, wolfberries, grapes, etc. 5, it is advisable to eat more food containing vitamin A and D to promote the absorption of calcium, such as animal liver, milk, cod liver oil, egg yolk, carrots, etc.

Buddha's Hand Chen Pi Soup

Recipe: 50 grams of Buddha's hand, 30 grams of orange peel, 2 tbsp of sugar. Directions: Wash Buddha's hand and peel, slice them, put them into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil, then change to a low fire and fry for 10 minutes, strain the dregs and extract the juice, mix in sugar and drink in portions. Effects: Buddha's hand moves Qi to relieve pain, while Chen Pi moves Qi to broaden the chest. This formula moves Qi, activates blood circulation and relieves pain. It is suitable for bone fracture, injury within one week.

Lychee Kernel Porridge

Recipe: 50 grams of lychee kernels, 100 grams of round-grained rice. Directions: Crush the lychee kernels, add water and boil for 10 minutes, then strain the dregs and extract the juice; pour the juice into the pot with the japonica rice and add the right amount of water to boil the porridge. Use with caution for pregnant women. Efficacy: Lychee kernel has the effect of promoting qi, relieving pain and dispersing knots. Suitable for bone fracture, soft tissue injury in the early stage, local swelling is obvious or lumps. Pregnant women should use with caution.

Moonflower tea

Recipe: 5 grams of moonflower, brown sugar. Directions: Put the moonflower into a pot, add water and decoct for 5 minutes, then mix in brown sugar and drink. Effects: Promote blood circulation, relieve swelling and pain. Suitable for those with swollen bones and significant pain.

Contraindicated diet

1, bone fracture patients avoid spicy and stimulating, greasy, warm and dry, indigestible food, such as chili, curry, mutton, fried food, yams, glutinous rice, etc. 2、In the early stage of bone fracture, acidic food, such as plum, pickles, vinegar, etc., should not be eaten because acidic food is not conducive to the dispersion of blood. 3, avoid excessive consumption of white sugar, the metabolism of sugar will overconsume calcium, magnesium, sodium plasma, which is not conducive to fracture repair. 4, avoid coffee, strong tea, strong wine and other stimulating drinks.
