What to eat to regulate the low menstrual flow

Blood deficiency causes low menstrual flow

Low menstrual flow due to blood stasis

Chinese angelica lamb soup

Wash 250 grams of lamb, cut into pieces, add 30 grams of angelica (cloth bag), 15 grams of ginger, add seasoning, a little cinnamon, simmer until cooked, remove the dregs and serve. Before menstruation, once a day for several days. Effects: Warming the blood and Qi, regulating menstruation and relieving pain. Mainly used to treat low menstrual flow due to blood deficiency.

Pork Soup with Radix Angelicae Sinensis

Lean pork 250g, Angelica sinensis 12g, Astragalus membranaceus 30g. Astragalus and angelica should be wrapped in gauze and stewed with pork in a casserole for 1 hour, remove the medicine bag, season and serve. 1 time daily. Effects: Tonifies Qi, strengthens the spleen, nourishes the blood and regulates menstruation. Indicated for low menstrual flow due to blood deficiency.

Glutinous rice Agaricus congee

When the porridge is cooked, add 30 grams of crushed Agaricus blazei, boil it and leave it to warm. Effects: Nourishing Yin, tonifying blood, promoting blood production and regulating menstruation.

What to eat to regulate blood stasis

Motherwort Brown Sugar Tea

60 grams of motherwort and 50 grams of brown sugar. Decoct Motherwort in water to extract 200 ml of juice, add brown sugar. Warm the abdomen with a hot water bag after drinking. Take 3~5 times in a row after menstruation. Indicated for stagnant blood with scanty menstruation. Effects: Invigorating blood circulation, removing blood stasis and regulating menstruation. Indicated for low menstrual flow due to blood stasis.

Saffron Wine

Saffron 100g, white wine 250ml. Soak saffron directly into white wine, seal and steep for 10 days. Drink 1 small cup each time, 2 times a day. Effects: Invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, dispersing stasis and opening knots. Indicated for low menstrual flow due to blood stasis.

Hawthorn Congee

Boil 30-40 grams of hawthorn in water to remove the dregs, add 100 grams of round-grained rice and cook the porridge, or add the right amount of brown sugar. Effects: Promoting blood circulation and resolving blood stasis, suitable for low menstrual flow due to blood stasis.
