【Duzhong Quail Pot】
Ingredients: 10 pitted jujubes, 4 quails, 100g Chinese yam, 15g goji berries, 30g duzhong bark
Seasonings: clear broth, ginger slices, yellow wine, white sugar, salt as needed
Instructions:
1. Wash all the ingredients, cut the Chinese yam into sections and set aside;
2. Take a clay pot, pour in all the ingredients and seasonings except for salt, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off any impurities, simmer over low heat for 2 and a half hours, then remove the ginger slices, season with salt and serve.
Benefits: Strengthens tendons and bones, nourishes the liver and kidneys, not suitable for those with yin deficiency and excessive internal heat.
