Relieving Fatigue with Medicinal Diets: A Natural Approach to Boosting Energy

We are busy with heavy work and study every day, often neglecting our physical health. When we have free time, we often feel back pain and fatigue. In fact, this is due to excessive fatigue. If we do not pay attention to maintenance, long-term excessive fatigue can be very harmful to our bodies. However, we cannot stop working and studying. So what are some good ways to relieve fatigue? Below, I will introduce several medicinal diets that can help relieve fatigue.
 


 

Medicinal Diet 1: Double Ginseng Meat

Ingredients: 15g fresh ginseng, 150g sea cucumber, 250g lean pork, 30g mushrooms, 60g green peas, 60g bamboo shoots, a moderate amount of monosodium glutamate, refined salt, and sesame oil.

Preparation: Soak the sea cucumber until soft, then cut into pieces. Wash and shred the mushrooms. Wash the lean pork and cut into small pieces. Slice the bamboo shoots. Put these ingredients together with the ginseng and green peas in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and stew until the lean pork is cooked and tender. Add a little monosodium glutamate, refined salt, and sesame oil.

Serving: 1-2 times a day, a moderate amount each time. 2 doses per week.

Effects: It nourishes qi and blood, strengthens the body, and eliminates fatigue. It is suitable for people who are chronically weak and unable to recover, as well as for the elderly who experience physical decline, mental fatigue, and bodily tiredness.
 


 

Medicinal Diet 2: Ginseng and Turtle Soup

Ingredients: 15g Codonopsis pilosula, 15g Coix seed, 10g Poria cocos, 6g Ganoderma lucidum, 6g Chinese dates, 200g turtle, 50g ham, 20g each of green onion and ginger, chicken broth, salt, and monosodium glutamate as needed.

Preparation: Cut the turtle into pieces and put it in a large bowl with the above medicinal herbs and seasonings. Add an appropriate amount of water and steam in a steamer until the turtle is cooked and tender.

Serving: Eat the meat and drink the soup.

Effects: It invigorates qi, strengthens the spleen, and eliminates fatigue.
 


 

Medicinal Diet 3: Cordyceps and Red Date Braised Turtle

Ingredients: 1 Cordyceps sinensis, 1 live turtle, 20g red dates, cooking wine, salt, green onion, ginger, garlic, and chicken clear soup as needed.

Preparation: Slaughter and gut the turtle, wash it and cut it into 4 large pieces. Remove the leg fat and wash it. Wash the Cordyceps sinensis. Soak the red dates in hot water. Put the turtle in a soup bowl, add Cordyceps sinensis, red dates, cooking wine, salt, green onion, ginger, garlic, and chicken clear soup. Steam in a steamer over water for 2 hours. Remove from the steamer and remove the green onion and ginger.

Serving: Serve with meals.

Effects: It nourishes yang, invigorates qi, strengthens the kidneys, and combats fatigue. It is suitable for people with weak lower back and knees, irregular menstruation, nocturnal emission, impotence, premature ejaculation, and fatigue. Regular consumption by healthy individuals can enhance physical strength, prevent diseases, and eliminate fatigue.
