Ingredients: 10g Chinese yam (dried), 10g Poria cocos, 10g Radix Linderae, 300g pork pancreas, appropriate amount of water.

Instructions: Wash the Chinese yam, Poria cocos, Radix Linderae, and pork pancreas and put them in a clay pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Then simmer over low heat for 1 hour before drinking.

2. Harmonizing the middle and eliminating dampness soup

Ingredients: 30g Bombax flower, 30g egg flower, 30g Sophora japonica flower, 30g coix seed, 100g lean meat, 30g fried mung beans, 12g dried tangerine peel or Amomum fruit.

Instructions: Wash the Bombax flower, egg flower, Sophora japonica flower, coix seed, lean meat, fried mung beans, dried tangerine peel or Amomum fruit and put them in a clay pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. Then simmer over low heat for 1 hour.

Effect: Suitable for people with damp-heat and spleen deficiency.

3. Cucumber dampness-eliminating soup

Ingredients: 800g old cucumber (core removed), 25g dried tangerine peel, 25g polished glutinous rice, 2 duck kidneys, appropriate amount of water.

Instructions: Cut the old cucumber into large pieces after removing the core. Soak the dried tangerine peel, scrape off the outer skin, and wash it. Wash the duck kidneys, blanch them in boiling water, and slice them. Rinse the polished glutinous rice. Add water to a clay pot, put in the old cucumber, dried tangerine peel, polished glutinous rice, and duck kidneys, and bring to a boil over high heat. Then simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Season and drink.

Instructions: Put the ingredients together in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the rice is completely cooked. Then add a pinch of salt and a few pieces of ginger, mix well, and serve.

Effect: Take it once in the morning and once in the evening. You can add brown sugar according to your taste. Long-term consumption can promote water permeation, warm the body, strengthen the spleen, and eliminate dampness. It also has a certain effect on chronic hepatitis.

6. Ginseng and astragalus porridge for dampness-eliminating

Ingredients: 15g Astragalus, 15g Codonopsis pilosula, 60g fried coix seed, 15g fried mung beans, 2 red dates, 100g rice.

Instructions: Fry the coix seed and mung beans until golden, remove the pits from the red dates, wash the Astragalus and Codonopsis pilosula with water, and put them in a clay pot. Add water and cook to extract the medicinal juice. After the medicinal juice is ready, remove the residue, add the fried coix seed, fried mung beans, red date pulp, and rice to the medicinal juice, and cook until porridge is formed.
