  [Taizi Ginseng Lily Lean Meat Soup]

  

  Ingredients:

  

  100g Taizi ginseng, 50g lily, half Luo Han Guo, 750g lean meat.

  

  Instructions:

  

  Wash the lean meat and cut it into thick pieces; wash the Taizi ginseng, lily, and Luo Han Guo and put them in a pot. Add an appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 2 hours.

Therefore, this soup has the effects of nourishing qi, generating fluids, moisturizing the lungs, and stopping coughs. It is suitable for people with qi deficiency and lung dryness, who may experience coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath, dry and thirsty mouth, and dry throat.

  
        

 

  [Yi Ren Winter Melon Duck Soup]

  

  Ingredients:

  

  30g Yi Ren, 20g lotus seeds, 6g dried tangerine peel, 250g duck meat, 250g winter melon with skin, ginger, salt, pepper, vegetable oil as needed.

  

  Instructions:

  

  Soak Yi Ren, lotus seeds, and dried tangerine peel in an appropriate amount of water for half an hour. Remove the skin and fat from the duck meat, wash it, blanch it in boiling water to remove blood, and cut it into chunks. Stir-fry the duck meat with ginger in a hot oil pan, then add Yi Ren, lotus seeds, dried tangerine peel, salt, and pepper. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook for about 45 minutes. Then add the winter melon with skin and cook for another 15 minutes. Divide into two servings and consume the soup and meat twice a day.
