Ingredients
1000g lamb, 200g honey, 200g dried Rehmannia, 200g Chinese angelica, 200g Sichuan lovage rhizome, 100g Cyathula root, 50g North Asarum.
Method
(1) Remove the skin from the lamb, trim off the fat and fascia, wash and cut into slices or shreds.
(2) Put the lamb, dried Rehmannia, Chinese angelica, Sichuan lovage rhizome, Cyathula root, and North Asarum into a pot, add water and simmer on high heat for about 10 hours. Take the concentrated juice, remove the residue, and add honey. Simmer until it becomes a maltose-like consistency. It is ready to be consumed.
