  The impact of poor appetite on the baby

  If a pregnant woman still has poor appetite in the mid-term of pregnancy, it may be due to the different physical conditions of pregnant women. Every pregnant woman's reaction to pregnancy is different.

  Some pregnant women have no pregnancy symptoms throughout their pregnancy, while some have morning sickness that lasts until late pregnancy.

  Pay attention to the development of the fetus, have regular check-ups, as long as the development of the fetus is normal, expectant mothers don't need to worry too much.

  However, attention should be paid to the nutritional intake of pregnant women to prevent malnutrition.

  The poor appetite in the mid-term of pregnancy may be due to the lack of certain substances in the diet, especially vitamin B and zinc.

  Therefore, pregnant women should eat some foods rich in vitamin B and zinc, such as animal liver, seafood, eggs, etc., or take some supplements under the doctor's advice.


 

  Reasons for lack of appetite during pregnancy

  (1) The lack of appetite during pregnancy may be caused by physiological changes in early pregnancy. Some women have more severe pregnancy symptoms, so it may last for a longer period of time.

  (2) The lack of appetite during pregnancy may be caused by poor mood. Pregnant mothers are always thinking about whether they will have morning sickness or lack of appetite, which inadvertently increases their psychological burden. The originally inconspicuous morning sickness may become more severe.

  Listening to music for the baby or having the expectant father accompany the pregnant mother for a walk to enjoy the scenery and imagine the baby's future can improve the mood and alleviate the symptoms of morning sickness and lack of appetite.

  Dietary therapy to increase appetite in women

  (1) If a pregnant woman has no appetite, she can eat some peanut butter mixed with cowpeas. Prepare chicken essence, salt, sugar, garlic, peanut butter, and cowpeas;  


 

  Prepare a bowl and add chicken essence, scallion, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and wolfberries. Mix well to make peanut butter sauce, then mix it with cowpeas and stir well before eating.

  (2) You can also eat stir-fried cucumber with black fungus. Prepare salt, ginger, chili, black fungus, and cucumber;

  After washing the cucumber, cut it into pieces. Soak the black fungus in water, then cut it into sections. Heat some oil in a pan;

  Add Sichuan peppercorns to the pan until fragrant, then add ginger, garlic, and chili and stir-fry evenly. This dish can have a good effect of nourishing blood and clearing heat.

  (3) You can also drink winter melon and pork rib soup. Prepare salt, scallion, winter melon, and pork ribs;

  Wash the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water. Remove the skin of the winter melon and cut it into slices. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, then add some salt and the pork ribs. Cook over high heat;

  Reduce to low heat and simmer until the ingredients are cooked and tender. Add the winter melon and continue to simmer. Then you can eat it.

  (4) You can also drink tomato and egg soup. Prepare tomatoes and eggs;

  Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix well. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, then add ginger slices;

  After the water boils, add the tomatoes, and then add some salt. Pour the beaten eggs into the pot. After it is cooked, you can eat it.
