There is a saying in folk culture: "Legs age before people do." Generally, once a person reaches the age of fifty, their muscles start to relax, and the muscles in the legs gradually deteriorate. Walking ten thousand steps a day undoubtedly plays a positive role in leg exercise, as well as promoting health and longevity.
