Effective Traditional Chinese Medicine Methods for Weight Loss with No Side Effects

Obesity has become an increasing concern for people. Although there are various methods for weight loss, the results are either ineffective or accompanied by adverse reactions. The following traditional Chinese medicine weight loss methods have proven to be effective without any side effects.

1. Take 30 grams of goji berries daily, steep them in tea and consume it twice a day for 7 weeks. There are no restrictions on the use of this medicine, and after one month, you can expect a weight loss of 2.6 kilograms.

2. Take 4-10 pieces of rhubarb tablets 30 minutes before meals, 1-3 times a day, to maintain a bowel movement of about 3 times a day.
