The Nutritious Ways to Eat Lily Seeds

15g lily seeds, 10 red dates, appropriate amount of rice, goji berries, and sugar.

Directions:

2. Pour boiling water into the rice cooker and add rice, lily seeds, red dates, and goji berries.

Ingredients:

2. Soak the goji berries in hot water, rinse the rice, and soak it in cold water for half an hour.

Lily and Chinese Yam Congee

Ingredients:

50g lily seeds, 30g Chinese yam, 50g glutinous rice, 30g coix seed. 30g white sugar.

Directions:

1. Rinse the lily seeds, Chinese yam, glutinous rice, and coix seed, and remove the core from the lily seeds.

2. Take a clay pot and add lily seeds, Chinese yam, glutinous rice, and coix seed. Cook for 1.5 hours.

3. Then add white sugar and cook for a while.

Lily, Lotus Seed, and Mung Bean Soy Milk

Ingredients:

30g soybeans, 20g mung beans, 20g lily seeds, 20g lotus seeds.

Directions:

1. Wash the soybeans and mung beans, and soak them in water overnight.

2. Soak the lotus seeds and lily seeds.

3. Put all ingredients into a soy milk maker and press the "Soy Milk" button. It will be ready in about 30 minutes.

Effects: Nourishes yin, relieves irritability, clears heat, and detoxifies.

Lotus Seed and Sweet Potato Congee

Ingredients:

1 sweet potato, 50g lotus seeds, 50g dried lily bulb, 0.5 tablespoons glutinous rice, 0.5 tablespoons red beans, 5 honey dates, honey to taste.

Directions:

1. Rinse the lotus seeds, dried lily bulb, red beans, and glutinous rice. Peel and cut the sweet potato into chunks.

2. Put all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and add three bowls of water.

3. Close the lid and press the "Porridge" button.

4. When the pressure is released, it is ready to eat. Add honey when serving.

Lotus Seed and Goji Berry Stewed Pig Intestines

Ingredients:

20g lotus seeds, 10g goji berries, 200g pig intestines, 150g lean pork.

Directions:

1. Cut the pig intestines into sections and wash them. Wash the lean pork and cut it into small cubes.

2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, cook the pig intestines until done, and blanch the lean pork.

3. Put the pig intestines, lean pork, goji berries, lotus seeds, ginger, and green onion into a pot.
