Not having a good appetite makes everything taste bland, and if your body doesn't get enough nutrition, no amount of medicine will help! To maintain a healthy stomach, remember these tips.


 Congee with Millet and Chinese Yam

Ingredients:

50g Chinese yam, 50g millet, 10 goji berries

Steps:

1. Put a spoonful of vinegar in water and soak your hands before peeling the Chinese yam to prevent itching.

2. Peel and cut the Chinese yam into pieces and set aside.

3. Boil half a pot of water and add the cleaned millet. Cook over high heat until 50% cooked, then add the Chinese yam and cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with goji berries and stir slightly before serving.

 Tomato Pork Rib Soup

Ingredients:

500g pork ribs, 2 tomatoes, sliced ginger, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, salt

Steps:

1. Wash the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water to remove blood. Remove and set aside. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.

2. Pour some water into a stew pot, add ginger and other seasoning, then add the pork ribs. Simmer over medium heat for half an hour until the ribs are tender.

 Pumpkin Millet Cake

Ingredients:

60g millet, 50g pumpkin

Steps:

1. Boil water and add millet. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

2. Peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces. Steam until cooked, then press it into a puree with a spoon.

3. Add the pumpkin puree to the cooked millet porridge. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until the porridge thickens. Let it cool.

4. Mix 10g starch with 20g water. Pour it into the cooled millet porridge and mix well.

5. Pour the mixture into a square mold and steam over medium heat for 40 minutes until the millet cake solidifies. Let it cool completely, then cut into strips. It is sweet, soft, and delicious.
