3. Don't have fried dough sticks and soy milk as breakfast for a long time.

During the high-temperature frying process, the nutrients in fried dough sticks are destroyed, and they have a high calorie content. It is not easy to digest when eaten in the morning. In addition, soy milk is also a food with medium fat content. The combination of fried dough sticks and soy milk in this breakfast exceeds the recommended amount of fat.
