Morning Three
Do a set of breathing exercises: When you wake up in the morning, don't rush to get out of bed. Instead, do 50 reverse breathing exercises. When inhaling, tighten the pelvic floor muscles, contract the abdomen, expand the chest; when exhaling, relax the chest, release the abdomen and pelvic floor. Take your time and breathe naturally. This can help expel the waste gases accumulated overnight, breathe in fresh oxygen, and also prevent and treat enlarged prostate by tightening the pelvic floor muscles. It also promotes smooth urination.
Drink a glass of warm water: At the beginning of the day, drink a glass of warm water to replenish the lost fluids from the night. This helps dilute the blood and prevent blood viscosity.
Eat a serving of fruit: Before breakfast on an empty stomach, eat a serving of fruit to supplement the body's daily needs for vitamins and minerals, etc.
Evening Four
Exercise for one hour: In the evening, take a one-hour walk or engage in other fitness activities to promote better sleep.
Drink a glass of fresh milk: Fresh milk has the benefits of preventing strokes, providing calcium, and preventing gallstones. The best time to drink milk is before bed.
Drink a glass of water: Before going to bed, drink a glass of water to prevent dehydration during the night and prevent the blood from becoming viscous.
Drink a glass of wine: Drinking wine before bed (except for those with hypertension) has a preventive effect on cardiovascular diseases that are more likely to occur during the night and early morning.
