Crispy Kelp: A Nutritious Recipe for Pre-Pregnancy

  Kelp has certain medicinal value because it contains a large amount of iodine. Crispy kelp is a good recipe for pre-pregnancy.

Main ingredients: Fresh kelp 150g

Seasoning: Wheat flour 25g Sesame oil 5g Soy sauce 8g Salt 2g Granulated sugar 3g Vinegar 2g Cooking wine 5g Starch (pea) 5g Garlic 5g Vegetable oil 50g

Production process

1. Soak the dried kelp in water, wash it clean, and cut it into diagonal pieces. Coat the kelp with flour.

2. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 60% hot, then put the coated kelp in and fry until the batter is slightly dry, then remove it.

3. When the oil is 80% hot, put the kelp back in and fry until the shell is yellow and shiny, then remove it.

4. Mix starch with water to form a wet starch.

5. Peel the garlic and crush it with a knife to make garlic paste.

6. Heat 15g of oil in the pan, add a sauce mixture made of soy sauce, salt, sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, and garlic paste.

7. Once the sauce boils, thicken it with the wet starch, add the kelp, stir-fry evenly, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve on a plate.
