Nutritious Recipe for Pregnancy: Creamy Double Delight with Broccoli, Millet, and Carrots

Main ingredients: 400g cauliflower, 400g broccoli

Ingredients: 20g millet, 50g carrots

Seasoning: 15g wheat flour, 20g milk, 3g salt, 2g pepper, 25g vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Blanch the millet and drain.

2. Wash the cauliflower and broccoli, cut into small florets. Wash the carrots and dice them.
