【Location】On the head, straight up 4 inches from the center of the posterior hairline (1.5 inches above the Baihui point).
【Anatomy】Located outside the sagittal suture and the intersection of the lambdoid suture, in the superficial fascia and cap-like tendon sheath; there are left and right occipital movements, venous anastomosis network; innervated by branches of the great occipital nerve.
【Indications】Headache, dizziness, stiff neck, epilepsy.
【Technique】Insert needle perpendicularly 0.5-0.8 inches.
【Combination】Combined with Houxi and Zhiyin to treat post-headache and dizziness; combined with Fenglong to treat severe headache.
