【Location】On the inner side of the lower leg, 5 cun above the tip of the inner ankle, in the middle of the inner side of the tibia.

【Anatomy】Located one-third down the inner side of the tibia; on its inner and posterior side lies the great saphenous vein; it is also innervated by the anterior branch of the saphenous nerve.

【Indications】Irregular menstruation, abnormal vaginal discharge, urinary difficulties, lower limb paralysis.

【Procedure】Insert the needle vertically for 0.5-0.8 cun.

【Combination】Combined with Baichongwo, Yinlingquan, and Sanyinjiao to treat trichomonas vaginitis; combined with Zhongdu, Diji, Zhongji, and Sanyinjiao to treat irregular menstruation, abnormal vaginal discharge, and orchitis; combined with Dadun, Qichong to treat testicular swelling, inguinal hernia, and abnormal vaginal discharge.

【Note】This acupoint belongs to the Foot Jueyin Meridian.
